Community Outreach Festival?

The Community Outreach Festival was brought about through conflict. Children’s Ministry scheduled a carnival to take place during the September 2007 NACA program. Everything worked out and to God’s glory. The carnival was held outside, the NACA program was held inside, the food ministry gave out food, and the Health Ministry did blood pressure checks.
