Habitat for Humanity Volunteers Needed!!!!

WHO?  Georgia-Cumberland Conference and South Atlantic Conference are partnering with Habitat for Humanity to build a home in the Atlanta area. They need YOU if you are age 16 or older. No special skills required.

WHAT?  20 people are needed to volunteer each Sunday from each conference (40 each day).

 GCC HAS THREE OPPORTUNITIES ~

1.       Sponsoring church (A church commits to take one Sunday by filling all 20 slots and chooses a volunteer to be Day Captain.) Note: Churches can invite members from other churches to join them in order to get the full 20. However, all communication with the Coordinator flows from only one church.

2.       Partnering church (Signs up in blocks of 5, 10, or 15 volunteers and commits to filling that number from their church for one or more Sundays, and chooses a volunteer to be Day Captain)

3.       Individuals (Sign up on any, or all Sundays! Limited to two slots on Sundays that a church has sponsored)

WHEN? September 21, 28; October 5, 12, 19, 26; and November 2:  Each Sunday goes from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHERE? Begin first Sunday at Habitat for Humanity, 500 Woodward Avenue, Atlanta, GA. (All other days, volunteers go directly to the site)

WHY? Serve others. Build a new home for someone deserving. Be a missionary close to home.
