The over-arching objective of the Family Life Ministries is to strengthen the family as a discipling center. They assist church leadership in compiling family demographic datat both within the church and the community. Family Life Ministries cultivate a climate of warmth and fellowship in the congregation and a redemptive spirit toward families in need of support and encouragement. This ministry promotes understanding and helps church memebers learn acceptance and love for people in a variety of different life stages and family configurations. Also, they promote reconciliation and healing promised in the Elijah message - the message of God for His people in the last days. This department offers restoration and wholeness to those whose identities have been shattered and distorted by abuse. Family Life Ministries recognizes that strong families build strong members of the kingdom of God.
